Sometines when you install BitDefender Total Security in trial mode and the 30 days trial is over it reverts to the BD Antivirus Fee Version unless that you have installed the free version from the very begining.
Please click the "My account" link as shown in the pic below and send me via PM a capture of the window that pops up so that I can check if there an option to enter an activation code there, otherwise, we should concentrate our efforts in your BitDefender Central account.
Please note that in doing so you will also obtain the email that you used when you created the BitDefender Central account to register BitDefender.
