To enable neural filters in Photoshop, go to Edit > Preferences > Plug-Ins. Then, check the Enable Neural Filters box and click OK.
Once you’ve enabled neural filters, you can access them by going to Filter > Neural Filters.
There are a variety of different neural filters to choose from, each with its own unique effect.

To style text using neural filters, simply select the text layer you want to style in the Layers panel.
Then, go to Filter > Neural Filters and choose the desired filter.

NO!!! the portable version is fully registered use it on usb key or unpack it and enjoy no registration require

Sadly that's the message I get when I use it.

I managed to set a rule in my firewall to block it for now at least.
