Als Dave Mustaine 1983 bei Metallica rausflog, beschloss er, Megadeth zu gründen. Dabei hatte er nur ein einziges Ziel vor Augen: "Das Blut von Metallica fließen zu sehen." Ironie des Schicksals: Sein Rachedurst sollte einige der schönsten Erlebnisse des Thrash Metal hervorbringen.

When Dave Mustaine was kicked out of Metallica in 1983, he decided to form Megadeth. He only had one goal in mind: "To see Metallica's blood flow." Irony of fate: His thirst for revenge would produce some of the most beautiful experiences in thrash metal.
