Cannot access Site using Macbook IOS on Safari

Hi - I use macbook with safari. since you changed the site, I have not been able to access the site using Safari on my macbook. Each time I try to access the site, I get the following error message
Oops! We ran into some problems.
Cookies are required to use this site. You must accept them to continue using the site.


I contacted Apple support and have verified with Apple support that I have the correct safari settings to enable Cookies. They confirm that all is set correctly. However I still get the error message. Apples advice is to contact ourselves as the web developers for a solution. Please note that in the short term I can use chrome to access the site - but this is not a browser I would normally utilise.

Yes Safari showing this issue . I am using Firefox And its works Fine .
